Job description

Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead our US Commercial Marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic direction and execution of marketing initiatives to support our commercial objectives and growth in the US market. The Marketing Director will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, manage a high-performing team, conduct market research and analysis, oversee integrated marketing campaigns, manage the marketing budget, collaborate with cross-functional teams in particular, and establish key performance indicators to measure success.

Responsibilities

  • Under general direction and in accordance with all applicable government laws, regulations and ASP policies, procedures and guidelines, this position:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans to promote ASP's products and services
  • Oversee marketing campaigns: Manage the creation, execution, and performance analysis of marketing campaigns.
  • Team leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Market analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Budget management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Brand management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Vendor and agency management: Negotiate and manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
  • Performance tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Customer insights: Lead efforts to understand customer needs and preferences through market research.
  • Event planning: Organize promotional events, product launches, and trade shows.
  • Digital marketing: Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Public relations: Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets and stakeholders.
  • Performs other duties assigned as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing and content creation
  • Experience in managing of a team is desirable
  • Experience working across the organization managing projects and keeping people accountable to
  • deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, G Suite, and social media management software
  • Experience using Marketing Automation tools
  • Experience with Client Management Relationship (CRM) Software, e.g. SalesForce
  • Experience in B2B and B2C channels, with proven ability to execute marketing programs
  • Experience in content marketing, strategizing and developing creative content with a keen eye for detail
  • Comfortable using collaboration and project management tools
  • Leads with a digital-first mindset, while possessing the traditional marketing skillsets for balancing diverse
  • audiences
  • Strong communication: able to take technical and clinical details of software and translate it to the benefits

  • Metric-driven and analytical: ability to prioritize, drive and complete projects using both data and company

  • Ability to develop and nurture customer relationships through diverse and creative idea

Pay Range

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 152,600.00 - 283,400.00
