About Emerging Transportation Platforms
Siemens Emerging Transportation Platforms (ETP) is redefining the vehicle market for private and public fleets focused on moving goods, people, and services with a high level of fidelity as they transition to electrification (or other energy modes), including trucking and logistics companies, autonomous driving fleets, service vans, transit bus agencies, and municipal and private fleets.
We are building the next levels of service for electric fleet operations, from charging infrastructure, the scheduling of the vehicles, the cloud platform, and the utility meter – to provide the highest availability and resilience in the market. In this way, we will accelerate the adoption of electric-powered fleets by optimizing the usage of power and making charging seamless and efficient. By managing energy and optimizing utilization rates and vehicle process flow, we will provide the lowest cost of charging possible.

We are looking for Customer Success Manager. This position will be based remotely in the US.
You’ll make an impact as you:
- Act as primary interface to managed charging customers in the after-sales phase
- Ensure highest customer satisfaction throughout the execution and service phases of the engagement
- Manage the cadence of customer communication including onboarding, training, and quarterly & executive business reviews
- Provide structured reports on customer health, satisfaction and upselling opportunities
- Understand the customer’s business case for managed charging and ensure that Siemens delivers against the business case
- Advocate for customer needs within the internal organization, including project management, service operations and product R&D
- Identify upselling opportunities to grow ARR (annual recurring revenue) and successfully renew the service for each account
- Organize regional customer engagement / user forums to drive loyalty and value
- Participate in product development feedback loop to ensure product evolves to meet customer needs
You’ll win us over by having the following qualification:
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience as an individual contributor in Customer Success within the electricity sector, EV charging infrastructure and/or commercial electrical fleet management industries
- Proven track record of managing multiple accounts, growing funnel, and ARR
- Track record of driving action and follow-through in both customer and internal organization
- Domain expertise in electricity sector, EV charging infrastructure and/or commercial fleet management
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Bachelor’s degree
- Willingness to travel up to 40% to be with clients as needed
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Customer Success operations and/or software e.g., Gainsight
- French and/or Spanish language skills

- The pay range for this position is $89,670 - $153,720. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
