ModMed is hiring a driven E-Learning Developer to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing Customer Education team focused on designing, developing, and maintaining engaging and interactive online educational content and courses that support the organization's learning objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with subject matter experts, content managers, project managers, video editors, and other stakeholders to create innovative e-learning solutions that enhance the overall learning experience within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is truly Modernizing Medicine! The E-Learning Developer utilizes multimedia tools and software to create effective, learner-centric content that is accessible, scalable, and aligned with best practices in educational technology.

Your Role:

  • Design and develop interactive e-learning modules, simulations, and digital courses that effectively convey complex information and meet instructional goals.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and content managers to identify learning needs and objectives, creating content that is clear, engaging, and pedagogically sound.
  • Utilize e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software to create engaging digital content
  • Integrate multimedia elements, including graphics, video, audio, and animations, to enhance learning experiences.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure course content is accurate, functional, and free of errors.
  • Implement e-learning courses within the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure compatibility across various devices and platforms.
  • Assist in user testing and feedback collection to refine and improve learning solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in e-learning and incorporate best practices into course design.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in either Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or related field, required.
  • Proven experience as an E-Learning Developer or similar role.
  • Proficient in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Experience with LMS platforms and SCORM-compliant course development.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality in all aspects of work.
