About you:

You will be responsible for driving sales growth within the Access Managed Services (AMS) division. This role focuses on bringing new business from Access Software clients into the Managed Service division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in self-generating leads and in consultative IT sales, experience in managing complex sales cycles, and the ability to work collaboratively with various internal teams.


Day-to-day, you will:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Upwardly report sales commitments to leadership team on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Identify and engage with existing Access Group customers to cross-sell and upsell AMS services.
  • Identify and engage internal Account Managers across the Access Group to co-create opportunities for cross-selling AMS into their clients.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, marketing, and product management, to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
  • Lead virtual teams to support complex sales processes and ensure successful deal closure.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support pre-sale and during project on-boarding.
  • Utilise Salesforce and Clari to track sales activities and manage pipeline effectively.
  • Utilise MEDDPIC or similar sales methodology for qualification & deal management


Your experiences might also include:

  • Proven track record in consultative sales, within the IT services or managed services industry.
  • Experience in managing long sales cycles and complex sales processes.
  • Strong understanding of recurring revenue models and subscription-based services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems (Salesforce and Clari)
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.


Your preferred skills will include:

  • Experience in selling to SMEs and mid-market customers.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and data security solutions.
  • Ability to develop creative and commercially viable solutions for customers.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and propose effective solutions.
