As an Intern- Junior Procurement Program Management, you’ll support all procurement activities in assigned programs to assure readiness for pre-pilot, pilot, and execution.
You will report to the Senior Procurement Program Manager. You will work remotely.

Key Responsibilities
Help develop procurement strategies and plans together with Offer and Project Teams.
Support in the Preparation and coordination of the RFx Process and establish sourcing strategies for suppliers and services:
Help prepare Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)
RFx development and preparation
Solicit quotations and analyze contract proposals
Support the analysis and the evaluation of all elements of cost for commodity groups to identify cost improvements.
Help develop the strategies to maximize supplier base cost/value.
Use the corporate Approved Supplier List Process for sourcing requirements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirement and Westinghouse´s Procurement procedures
Support the Contract preparation and purchasing process
Help manage supply and supplier commitments.
Support senior management in the development of visual management and reporting through the use of Power Bi and other more custom systems.
