Job description

Flexing It is a freelance consulting marketplace that connects freelancers and independent consultants with organisations seeking independent talent.


Flexing It has partnered with our client who is seeking a employee engagement leader


1. Engagement Program Development

  • Design and implement innovative employee engagement programs tailored to the MEA region.
  • Develop initiatives that promote employee well-being, recognition, and professional growth.


2. Event Planning and Execution

  • Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person events that foster team building and employee interaction.
  • Ensure all events are executed smoothly and within budget.


3. Communication and Outreach

  • Create engaging content for internal communications, including newsletters, emails, and social media posts.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee engagement queries and feedback.


4. Survey and Feedback Management

  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on survey data to enhance engagement strategies.


5. Collaboration and Support

  • Work closely with HR and management teams to align engagement activities with company goals.
  • Support managers and team leaders in implementing engagement initiatives within their teams.


6. Reporting and Analysis

  • Track and report on the effectiveness of engagement activities.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership.


Skills Required

  • Proven experience in employee engagement, event planning, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with the MEA region and its cultural nuances is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication and event management.
