The Risk controller supports the Risk management practice, which ensures risk is proactively identified, decisioned, communicated and monitored. The primary responsibilities of the Risk controller are to perform assessments of potential risk exposures which includes the monitoring of control activities (“risk controlling”) and prepare actionable risk reporting based on comprehensive risk inventory.
In this role, it is critical to foster strong working relationships with leaders and practitioners in other areas of the enterprise to perform evaluations of the enterprise risk posture and to offer independent advice regarding ways to reduce risk in line with established risk appetites. That includes the as well collaboration with internal and external audit.
The successful candidate thinks strategically, is intellectually curious and is comfortable working in undefined problem spaces. As a member of a growing enterprise, the Risk analyst will be expected to shape and further refine the risk program and will have the opportunity to operate with both autonomy and empowerment from senior leadership.

Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree
At least 1-3+ years of experience performing Risk assessments or comparable experience
Strong English skills (C1) and good German skills (B2)
At least one professional risk or security management certification, such as Certified in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), or specialized certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Open FAIR
Data science/analytics experience is a plus
