We're seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to take charge of our Neurosurgery division in both Switzerland and Austria and lead our talented team to new heights.

Your Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
Develop and implement achievable quarterly sales objectives with each sales representative.
Utilize strong business acumen to maximize contribution margin through strategic pricing, expense management, and the effective use of company resources (Education, Marketing, Q&T).
Prepare and present comprehensive business plans to the National Sales Director (NSD), keeping projections updated regularly.
Analyze sales, marketing, and financial data to monitor progress toward sales and margin goals.
Collaborate with sales representatives to identify, target, and close local business opportunities.
Ensure all activities align with budgetary guidelines and revenue expectations.
Team Development & Coaching
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence.
Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance the team’s skills and effectiveness.
Partner with Human Resources on talent acquisition, performance development, and succession planning.
Collaboration & Communication
Act as a key liaison between sales, marketing, and leadership to align strategies and goals.
Support sales representatives in the adoption and utilization of sales intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential key customers, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction.
Provide timely insights on market trends, competitive activity, and product performance to sales and marketing teams.
Coordinate contract proposals with Legal and Sales Departments.
Company Representation & Industry Leadership
Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers in the MedTech industry.
Represent Integra at industry events, conventions, and customer gatherings to reinforce our brand presence.
Work closely with Quotes & Tenders, Customer Service, and Commercial Operations to streamline sales processes.
Uphold the highest ethical standards by adhering to company policies, country Codes of Conduct, and regulatory guidelines such as the Sunshine Act.
What You Bring
Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the MedTech, healthcare, or medical devices industry.
A track record of driving revenue growth, managing budgets, and developing high-performing teams.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales intelligence tools.
High ethical standards and the ability to navigate regulatory compliance in the MedTech industry.
