The Job
As a fully remote Inbound Security Sales Associate, you’ll be:
Answering incoming calls from existing customers
Presenting products and services based on the customers’ needs
Handling objections by explaining how the services and products will benefit them
This position is 100% inbound, existing customers only - no cold calling!
You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have

Important Details
Fully Remote Position – Must reside in and be legally eligible to work in the United States
Must have open availability to work the below hours of operation
Training: Monday – Friday, 10 am – 6 pm EST (2 weeks)
Nesting: Monday – Friday, 10 am – 6 pm EST (2-3 weeks)
Production:
Monday – Friday: Open from 9:00 am – 10:00 pm EST
Saturday & Sunday: Open from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST

Technical Requirements
This is a bring-your-own-device program. Please ensure that you have a Windows-based computer that meets the following specifications:
Windows 11 operating software (Apple devices and Chromebooks will not work with the required software)
Minimum 8 GB RAM
Minimum Intel I3 processor
The ability to work with an Ethernet cable connected to the modem
Minimum Internet speeds of 30Mbs download/10Mbs upload
Webcam required
