Job Description

As a Quality Laboratory Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of product quality by overseeing and coordinating quality laboratory activities. Your duties will include preparing and publishing laboratory schedules, creating detailed reports, and identifying and managing non-conformities. This role combines both administrative responsibilities and hands-on laboratory tasks, requiring a balanced approach to ensure accuracy and efficiency. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Planning, preparing, and publishing 48-hour quality control schedules to ensure high product quality.
  • Defining lead times and delivery dates for customer orders within 24 hours.
  • Providing excellent customer service through regular communication and feedback on quality-related issues.
  • Managing forecasts and master production schedules in line with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) rates provided by the European S&OP Team.
  • Planning and distributing control tasks consistent with the published production plan.
  • Ensuring accurate system parameterization to optimize quality control performance.
  • Reporting on work progress and key performance indicators to the supervisor.
  • Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor with diligence and in accordance with applicable procedures.

  • Good understanding of the products manufactured by the company.
  • Excellent analytical and literacy skills.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience working in a dynamic production environment.
  • Familiarity with S&OP processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
