Your mission


We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead our team dedicated to Commercial & Industrial (C&I) On-Grid and Utility products in Europe. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the entire product lifecycle, from concept development to market leadership. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of energy solutions for commercial, industrial, and utility clients, leveraging your expertise to make a significant impact on the industry.


Your main responsibilities


1. Product Strategy and Vision

  • Develop and own the long - term product strategy for C&I On - Grid and Utility products in Europe, aligning it with market trends, business goals, and technological advancements.
  • Identify new market opportunities, emerging customer needs, and potential areas for product expansion or innovation, and translate them into actionable product plans.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership across the company, including sales, marketing, engineering, and finance, to ensure the product strategy is integrated with overall business objectives.

2. Product Development Leadership

  • Lead cross - functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.) through the entire product development process, from ideation to launch and post - launch optimization.
  • Set clear product requirements and specifications, ensuring they meet or exceed customer expectations, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
  • Oversee the product roadmap, prioritize features and enhancements based on market demand, competitive landscape, and business value, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.

3. Market and Customer Intelligence

  • Conduct in - depth market research on the C&I On - Grid and Utility market, staying updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and technological disruptions.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback from multiple sources, such as sales teams, support teams, and direct customer interactions, to drive product improvements and new feature development.
  • Use data analytics to measure product performance, customer satisfaction, and market share, and make data-driven decisions to enhance the product's competitiveness.

4. Product Marketing and Go - to - Market

  • Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team, positioning our products effectively in the European market.
  • Create and manage product - related communication materials, including product brochures, whitepapers, and marketing presentations, to educate customers and stakeholders about the product's value proposition.
  • Plan and execute go-to - market campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination between product development, marketing, and sales teams for successful product launches.

5. Cross - Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between different departments, fostering strong relationships and effective communication channels to drive product success.
  • Coordinate resources across teams, manage project timelines, and ensure that all teams are working towards common product goals.
  • Participate in cross-departmental initiatives and strategic planning sessions, contributing product - specific insights to broader business decisions.

6. Continuous Product Improvement

  • Monitor product performance metrics, such as user adoption, retention, and revenue, and drive continuous improvement initiatives based on data analysis.
  • Lead post - launch reviews, identify areas for optimization, and implement changes to enhance the product's performance, user experience, and market competitiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies and recommend product enhancements or new features to keep our products at the forefront of the market.


Your Profile


Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

Experience: 3-5years of experience in product management, with a focus on energy solutions, preferably in the C&I On - Grid and Utility sectors.

Skills:

  • Advanced analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a proven track record of making data - driven decisions.
  • In - depth understanding of the commercial, industrial, and utility energy market, including regulatory frameworks and market dynamics.
  • Expertise in product management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and product - led growth strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross - functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and German (both written and verbal).
