product-led organization where our technology will become a primary revenue driver. This is a rare
opportunity to help shape the future of our engineering culture, practices, and products.
As one of our first in-house engineering hires, you'll work directly with our Head of Engineering to
enhance and evolve our existing Ticket Management platform. This platform is already operational
and selling thousands of tickets daily, powering our ticketing business and enabling clients to
maximize revenue through intelligent pricing, distribution, and sales analytics.
What You’ll Bring
- Deep Technical Expertise: 7 years of software development experience, with at least 2
years in a technical leadership role
- Strong Coding Skills: You're still passionate about writing code and can lead by example
with hands-on development
- Full-Stack Proficiency: Strong experience with modern web development technologies
including React, TypeScript, and Python web frameworks Flask, FastAPI
- Cloud Native Skills: Experience designing and building scalable applications on AWS using
services like ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, and Aurora
- Product Engineering Mindset: You understand that technology exists to solve customer
problems and create business value
- Systems Thinking: You can design solutions that balance technical considerations with
business needs
- Outcome Orientation: You measure success by business impact and customer
satisfaction, not by features shipped or lines of code written
- Problem-Solving Approach: You start with understanding the problem deeply before
jumping to solutions
- Experimentation Mindset: You value learning through rapid experimentation and embrace
a "progress over perfection" approach
- Communication Skills: You can clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and
non-technical stakeholders
- Agency Experience: Experience working effectively with development agency partners is a
plus
- Ticketing Experience: Background in ticketing systems or similar transactional systems is a
plus
How You'll Make An Impact
- Hands-On Technical Leadership: Write high-quality code while also guiding the technical
direction of the ticket management platform
- Advise Leadership: Provide technical guidance to Elevate leadership on key technology
decisions and product roadmap considerations
- Roadmap Development: Develop and execute against both short and long-term
roadmaps, making effective tradeoffs that consider business priorities, user experience, and
technical sustainability
- Build Customer-Centric Products: Organize teams around customer problems rather than
features, using rapid experimentation to validate solutions before investing heavily in them
- Develop Engineering Culture: Help establish a product engineering culture centered on
outcomes, not outputs, where engineers are empowered to solve problems, not just build
features
- Partner with Agency Teams: Effectively collaborate with our agency partners, leveraging
their expertise while guiding the technical direction
- Create Scalable Solutions: Build high-quality, maintainable software that can scale with
our business while maintaining the agility to pivot as we learn
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, design, and business stakeholders
to ensure our technical solutions deliver business value

Our Product Engineering Principles
- Customer Obsession: We start with the customer and work backward. We don't build
features; we solve customer and business problems.
- Ownership: Teams own outcomes, not just outputs. Success means business impact and
customer delight, not only shipping on schedule.
- Simplicity: We choose architectural and product simplicity over complexity. Complex
solutions are harder to maintain, evolve, and explain.
- Data-Driven Decisions: We measure what matters and use data to guide our product
development and business decisions.
- Rapid Learning: We implement quick feedback loops, focus on learning through
experimentation, and value progress over perfection.
- Transparency: We invite visibility and are transparent with where we're spending our time.
