Job description

Responsibilities

Guerbet is a research-centered pharmaceutical company based in France that is one of the major players in the contrast agents business. We offer a comprehensive range of medical imaging products for CT & Cath Lab examinations, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional Radiology and Theranostics (IRT), just as a range of Imaging Solutions and Services. Main responsibilities:

Sales

  • Achieves sales results in the geographic area assigned (regions: Levante Norte comprising of Barcelona and periphery, Galicia, Basque Country, Asturias, Valencia, Balearic Islands)
  • Follows bids and tenders in the territory in conjunction with the Customer Service dept
  • Negotiates with identified private groups even outside of the assigned territory
  • Attends congresses and events

Management

  • Manages a team of agents and KAM (Key Account Manager)
  • Assigns sales objectives and monitors sales results through reports and analysis
  • Coaches the team to improve performance
  • Spends time in the field together with the team

Stakeholders management

  • Establishes and maintains constant business relations in his territory with:

key clinical opinion leaders, hospital administration key roles (Head of Pharmacy, Head of Purchases, etc.)

Requirements

  • Knowledge of procedures related to public tenders, competence in radiology and healthcare market, use of pc for reporting and sales analysis
  • Experience in sales to public and private centers
  • Full working proficiency in Spanish language
  • Ability to travel extensively across the assigned territory (Levante Norte)
