Job description

Transformations Care Network is seeking an experienced Physician Recruiter to play a key role in developing our physician strategy and expanding our team of Psychiatric medical staff. You will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and closing top clinical talent in our competitive landscape while demonstrating results orientation.

  • Only candidates with demonstrable experience in psychiatry recruiting will be considered.**

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with leadership to shape and execute our physician recruitment strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational growth and care delivery goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Psychiatrists and other Psychiatric medical staff, guiding them through the hiring process from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Develop creative sourcing approaches to attract highly qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical leaders to refine hiring needs and streamline recruitment processes.
  • Manage compensation negotiations and offer closures, balancing competitiveness with financial sustainability and fiscal governance.
  • Stay ahead of psychiatry workforce trends, licensing requirements, and market conditions to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Track hiring performance and provide insights to continuously enhance recruitment efforts.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5-7 years of experience in physician recruiting, with a strong focus on psychiatry recruiting.
  • A proven track record in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top psychiatric medical staff in a competitive market.
  • Strong understanding of fiscal governance, ensuring recruitment efforts align with financial sustainability and budgetary considerations.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage candidates effectively.
  • Expertise in negotiation and closing high-caliber candidates.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • A results-driven, adaptable mindset with a passion for growing a mission-driven clinical workforce.
