Make An Impact
As an Area Manager – Concessions, you will be responsible for managing the sales, operations, and team performance of Fossil Group’s Concessions stores within the Modern Trade and Multi-Brand Outlet (MBO) channel in your assigned area. The role focuses on delivering business targets, driving store execution, and developing store teams to deliver a consistent and elevated customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Delivery
Achieve sales and profitability targets across all Concessions stores in the assigned area.
Drive key KPIs including Average Transaction Value (ATV), Conversion, and Items Per Customer (IPC).
Monitor daily store performance, analyze gaps, and support stores in action planning.
Ensure strong execution of in-store promotions and merchandising plans.
People Management
Recruit, train, and retain store teams in line with brand expectations.
Conduct regular performance reviews and support development plans for Store Managers and staff.
Build a culture of accountability, recognition, and performance.
Identify high-potential talent and support career progression within the store network.
Operational Excellence
Conduct regular store visits to ensure adherence to brand standards and operating procedures.
Ensure timely execution of visual merchandising directives, planograms, and promotional setups.
Maintain strong controls over stock management, shrinkage, and loss prevention.
Monitor scheduling and manpower planning to ensure optimal productivity and service levels.
Customer & Brand Experience
Champion Fossil’s brand values and customer experience philosophy.
Ensure store teams deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
Monitor customer feedback and support service recovery where required.
Collaboration & Communication
Act as a key link between store teams and the Regional Manager, sharing updates, insights, and action plans.
Coordinate with internal teams (VM, HR, Training, Merchandising) to support store needs.
Participate in monthly business reviews and contribute to area-level planning and execution.
Skills & Experience Required:
3–7 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in Concessions / MBO / Modern Trade channel.
Experience managing multiple stores and leading diverse teams.
Strong operational and commercial acumen with an eye for detail.
Excellent communication, people management, and planning skills.
Self-starter with high ownership and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
