For our partner, an international banking organization in Warsaw, we are looking for Cloud Solution Architect to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Architect and implement end-to-end solutions across card issuing applications, integrating strong hands-on engineering expertise with a forward-thinking strategic platform vision.
Build and optimize solutions using modern engineering practices to support real-time processing and ensure high performance and reliability.
Design cloud services that facilitate seamless integration between issuing systems while applying DevOps practices for automation and continuous delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to transform complex business requirements into practical solutions, leveraging a blend of engineering skills and cloud computing knowledge to enhance digital payment processes.
Implement and maintain quality assurance frameworks within cloud environments, utilizing modern monitoring tools to ensure compliance with high standards of non-functional requirements (NFRs) such as performance, security, and scalability
Conduct hands-on Proof of Concepts (POCs) to assess new technologies, validate architectural decisions, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and infrastructure management.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in cloud computing and payment processing to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation within the organization.

Requirements:

Proven experience in cloud architecture and hands-on implementation, with 5+ years of experience building and optimizing large-scale cloud solutions in the financial services sector.
Technical background in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), modern cloud-native technologies, and significant experience implementing scalable solutions and services.
Understanding of payment processing systems, coupled with practical experience in infrastructure design, service delivery, and integration of core banking and payment networks.
Proven track record of implementing robust cloud solutions with experience in both real time API, EDA and batch processing architectures
Coding skills with expertise in leveraging engineering frameworks and applying DevOps practices for automation and infrastructure as code.
Natural problem-solver with proven ability to lead technical initiatives, communicate complex concepts, and influence cross-functional stakeholders in international context.
Self-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, passionate about innovation and maintaining hands-on involvement in technical implementation.
Fluent English.
