The primary objective of this position is to drive continuous market share growth through the development and optimization of distribution channel relationships, with specific accounts assigned to maintain and develop business at the national or regional level with assigned distributors. Develop strategies with each distributor to achieve the metrics identified in the business plan, with the primary objective of maximizing Ansell's access to target national and global accounts.
Establish synergy between Sales Managers and their teams to successfully implement commercial strategies with distribution channels and their accounts, ensuring their metrics are aligned with those of the company.
Responsibly manage the optimization of all available resources for the development of the distribution channel, working closely with the administrative and operational support areas: Customer Service, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
Develop strategies in conjunction with Marketing for the launch of new products.

1. Establish business plans with the national accounts of the Distribution channel, measure progress toward achieving objectives, and communicate them to senior management.

2. Develop annual marketing plans with distributors to drive sales by optimizing allocated budgets.

3. Establish relationships with management and senior sales management at the corporate, commercial, and general customer levels of the distribution channel to serve as a strategic link between Ansell's sales teams and the Distributor's sales force.
4. Provide a planning process for sales teams that allows them to develop and implement successful business plans with the Distributor's regional sales teams in their territories, resulting in increased sales and profits of our products.
5. Develop, document, and monitor discounts and rebate programs for assigned Distributors to achieve defined annual objectives. 6. Oversee all pricing strategies and specific programs applied to distributor accounts and ensure that common pricing programs are positioned to meet business needs across the channel.
7. Establish communication with counterparts outside of Mexico to establish connections with Ansell and Partner Accounts businesses and opportunities.

Education
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, finance, engineering, science, or related fields preferred, or equivalent experience including successful performance in a similar role.
Experience
Three to five years of successful sales experience in protective products
Demonstrated channel management experience preferred but not required

Exceptional communication and persuasion skills

A good understanding of the Channel Development sales model
