About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Counsel to join our fully remote legal team. This position will focus on managing employment-related disputes and litigation across the EMEA region, while also supporting a wide range of commercial matters including supply chain agreements and day-to-day legal issues. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and advise senior management on risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and contractual strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Handle employment disputes and litigation across EMEA, coordinating with external counsel as needed.
Provide legal advice and support on employment law matters, including internal investigations, terminations, and employee relations.
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including supply chain and procurement agreements.
Advise on legal risks and mitigation strategies across various business functions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including HR, Operations, Procurement, and Sales.
Monitor legal and regulatory developments in key EMEA jurisdictions and provide updates and guidance to business teams.
Support broader legal department initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes and templates.

Qualifications

Law degree and current license to practice law
Minimum 5 years of legal experience, with a strong background in employment law and commercial contracting.
Experience handling or managing litigation and disputes, ideally across multiple jurisdictions in EMEA.
Ability to work independently and remotely, while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across cultures and functions.
Business-oriented mindset and sound judgment.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior in-house legal experience.
Familiarity with global or cross-border legal issues.
Experience supporting supply chain or procurement functions.
