As an exposure management leader for our small business team, you’ll support peril and exposure management by state, region, and portfolio levels. In this role, you’ll develop strategies to protect portfolio health while encouraging profitable growth. You’ll prioritize the management of current catastrophe-related and third-party data products for underwriting and pricing. Additionally, you’ll develop new catastrophe and data strategies while partnering with stakeholders to develop and implement them.

This is a remote position.

Must-have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher with an emphasis in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Quantitative Research or Actuarial Science or related field of study and a minimum of four years related professional experience (e.g., analytical work in a professional setting)

Preferred Skills

  • Three or more years of property and casualty insurance experience
  • Three or more years of catastrophe and/or exposure management experience
  • Knowledgeable in using modeled output with preference to Verisk AIR Touchstone and RMS RiskLink
  • Proven ability to turn the modeled output into state, region, countrywide, and/or portfolio-level strategies
  • Experience in influencing and partnering with stakeholders and business partners to design and implement strategies

Compensation

  • $122,400 - $174,800/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 50% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
  • Participation in our restricted stock units plan
