Job Description:

On behalf of our healthcare client, Affinity Healthcare Solutions is looking for Forms Analysts to be part of a team responsible for stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, design, development, and the reconciliation and standardization of forms used within healthcare organizations and a clinical information system.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of in a Clinical Information System.

• Background in medical documentation

• Knowledge of Cerner Application an asset.

• Ability to relay or explain complex technical issues or difficult scenarios to clinical and business staff.

• Basic knowledge of systems principles, theories, and concepts within healthcare.

• Knowledge of Microsoft products, Excel, Teams, and Outlook

• Ability to solve a range of complex problems; identify innovative solutions, and use clinical best practice knowledge of internal and/or external business issues to improve service.

• Strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience creating summary documentation based on evaluation and analysis.

• Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to solve high-risk, complex issues.

• Experience in transformational or process analysis to support change management principles.

• Organizational Skills, high level of accuracy, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work successfully within a high-change environment with a level of ambiguity with roles and functions.

• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Canadian Cerner/Oracle Health experience – mandatory

• Registered Nurse degree - mandatory

• 1-2 years’ experience in application programming, systems analysis, business analysis or systems support.

• Post-secondary education in clinical, health science, information technology and or health informatics.

• Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, organizational and communications skills

• Experience in workflow and process redesign an asset

• Able to function well within a team setting and independently

• Certification in CPHIMS, IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Project Management (PMP) and/or organizational change management an asset.
