We are looking to add a Strategic Finance Manager to our team!

LOCATION: REMOTE

REPORTS TO: Vice President Of Strategic Finance

PAY: $115,000 - $135,000/ salary

CORE RESPONSIBILITES:

Provide analytical support to Operations and Corporate Leaders on a project and ad hoc basis.

Influence decision-making to ensure business partners meet the operational and financial objectives.

Support weekly and monthly business reviews that provide insight into current business and center performance.

Financial Statements review and monitor expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve the financial health of the company based on financial findings.

Deliver and improve forecasts for financial and non-financial metrics.

Partner across the organization to understand business drivers and implement new performance drivers.

Managing various Finance & Accounting projects.

Support the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience:

5+ years of FP&A experience with increasing responsibility and management experience.

BA/BS Degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA or comparable experience preferred.

Knowledge of SQL.

Exhibits intellectual curiosity, ownership, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Strong interpersonal skills with experience working closely with senior management.

Advanced analytics, modeling, forecasting, and presentation skills.

Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results.
