Job Description
At STX Next, our Business Analysis team is evolving dynamically, driven by a community of passionate and proactive professionals. We work in cross-functional product teams, closely supporting Product Owners, Project Managers, and developers to ensure a deep understanding of business needs and user expectations. As analysts, we actively engage in workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings, making sure we bridge the gap between business and technology.
Our approach is both strategic and practical—we help define product visions, translate complex requirements into actionable user stories, and manage backlogs that truly reflect business priorities. At the same time, we continuously improve our skills and share knowledge across projects and domains, supporting one another in solving real-world challenges and delivering meaningful products.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with and actively support the product teams, Project Manager, and Product Owner;
- Gather business requirements and support clients in defining the product vision and understanding user needs;
- Learn the client’s domain and analyze documentation;
- Translate and redefine business requirements into specifications, writing them in the form of user stories;
- Manage the product backlog and roadmap;
- Conduct Product Discovery workshops;
- Manage stakeholders (especially clients) and maintain relationships with them throughout the entire product development process, Propose improvements and new functionalities for the products being developed.
Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry;
- Have experience as an observer and are willing to grow into the role of an independent moderator of Product Discovery workshops;
- Have practical experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
- Are familiar with PM and BA tools such as JIRA and Confluence;
- Can read and understand basic diagrams (BPMN and/or UML);
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, both with clients and product teams;
- Communicate fluently in Polish and English – at least at a C1 level.
