About the Role

We’re looking for a Pre-Call Specialist to join our team and help us prepare leads for follow-up appointments. This is a very teachable, entry-level role that’s perfect if you're a strong communicator, eager to grow, and ready to deliver a professional experience—even in short, simple calls.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Make outbound calls to contacts to leave brief messages or confirm information

  • Inform homeowners that someone will visit their property to take photos

  • Conduct quick interviews about to collect important details.

  • Log call outcomes accurately and report relevant info

  • Ensure all scheduled contacts are called during key windows.

What Will Make You Successful
  • Professional communication style and tone

  • Advanced English skills (C1 Level).

  • Strong sense of responsibility and follow-through

  • Ability to stay focused and sound natural (not robotic)

  • Comfortable following scripts and adapting as needed
