Job Purpose Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Information Syteline Manager with expertise in finance and supply chain management to lead and optimize our ERP system. This role is responsible for the strategic implementation, continuous improvement, and support of Infor Cloud Suite Industrial (Syteline) with a focus on finance and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Syteline ERP functionality and be able to communicate and train employees on the system.
What You Will Do
Lead the configuration, and ongoing support of Infor CloudSuite Industrial (Syteline) ERP system.
Collaborate with Customer Service, Finance and Supply Chain teams to optimize workflows, reporting, and automation within the ERP system.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial and supply chain transactions.
Provide technical guidance and training to end-users, ensuring they maximize system capabilities.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics for finance and supply chain operations.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to align ERP functionality with business goals.
Train the employees in using Syteline and help them understand the configuration of the system.
Manage system upgrades, patches, and integrations with other business applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Maintain compliance with financial regulations, reporting standards, and supply chain best practices.
Ensure FDA software validation compliance for ERP-related processes in regulated environments.
Documents processes or set of procedures for user instructions, standard operating procedures, technical archives or audits.
Managing outside consultants as well as managing their time.
What you will need
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
5+ years of experience with Infor Syteline (CloudSuite Industrial) ERP system.
Strong knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and supply chain management.
Experience with ERP system configuration, customization, and integrations.
Familiarity with SQL, Crystal Reports, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
Familiarity with DocTrack
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Infor Mongoose framework and Business Process Automation (BPA).
Knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, or logistics operations.
Experience implementing Doc-Track, Shop-Track, and Factory-Track.
Previous experience managing ERP system implementations or upgrades.
Familiarity with GAAP, standard costing method, and compliance requirements.
Background in life sciences industry.

A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this role is ($120,000 - $160,000). Further, pay that is offered is based on geographic location, internal equity, market data, applicant’s job-related skills, commensurate experience, required licensures, certifications and certain degrees.
