Job Title: Remote HR Coordinator (100% Work From Home)


Location: Remote from Latin America


Position Type: Full-time


Salary: $1,500 - $2,000 USD/month (based on experience)


Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (PST)

Our client is a dynamic residential real estate company specializing in home flipping. Their commitment to quality and efficiency drives their success, and they are seeking a motivated individual to join their team and help them continue their growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Managing recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening applicants, and conducting interviews
  • Scheduling screening appointments for themselves and the HR Director
  • Handling all pre-hire and onboarding tasks for new hires remotely
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of a structured onboarding training program for new U.S. employees.
  • Assist in the development of engaging training materials to help new hires understand company culture, policies, procedures, and expectations.
  • Deliver training sessions (virtually) to U.S. based employees on various topics, such as new hire orientation, leadership, and soft skills.
  • Utilize different teaching methods (e.g., interactive workshops, and online learning platforms).
  • Foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment by encouraging employee participation and feedback.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs by gathering feedback from participants' managers.
  • Track employee training programs and work with hiring managers to ensure the timely delivery of post-hire training plans.
  • Maintain records of completed training programs and ensure compliance with corporate training standards.
  • Answering team member inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with California employment laws (FMLA, minimum wage, overtime, family leave, etc.)
  • Supporting HR systems administration and documentation
  • Assisting in performance review processes and identifying employee development needs
  • Stay up to date on State (California, Colorado, and Hawaii) labor laws.

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Must have experience working for a U.S. employer, preferably a California-based employer
