Position Overview:
The
Microsoft Partner Marketing Manager is a strategic role focused exclusively on driving marketing initiatives, funding programs, and partner engagement within Compugen’s MSB (MSB). This role requires a highly motivated, results-driven professional who thrives in collaboration, execution, and relationship management.
As the MSB Marketing Manager, you will act as the primary marketing liaison between Compugen’s MSB and Microsoft, ensuring that all marketing strategies, funding opportunities, and joint initiatives are optimized to support business growth. You will oversee all MSB-related marketing programs, funding allocations, and strategic engagements, ensuring Compugen maximizes its partnership with Microsoft in this key business area.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership & Project Ownership
- Serve as the Project Owner for all MSB marketing initiatives, ensuring execution, tracking, and reporting.
- Develop and manage MSB-specific marketing plans, campaigns, and co-marketing initiatives to align with Microsoft’s go-to-market priorities.
- Create and maintain an MSB Funding Guide, detailing funding pillars, eligibility, claim processes, and key milestones.
- Align Compugen MSB Partner Project Proposals with internal business objectives, budgets, and Microsoft funding opportunities.
- Act as the primary liaison between Compugen’s MSB and Microsoft, representing MSB in strategic meetings, funding discussions, and marketing engagements
Execution & Program Management
- Oversee all MSB Marketing Programs specific to MSB, ensuring execution, reporting, and compliance with funding requirements.
- Provide clear, concise weekly updates to Compugen’s marketing and MSB leadership teams on MSB marketing milestones, funding status, and strategic priorities.
- Manage all MSB marketing projects in ClickUp, ensuring full visibility into campaign execution, deliverables, and reporting.
- Drive marketing alignment across MSB sales, service, and executive teams to ensure Microsoft-led programs are successfully integrated into Compugen’s go-to-market strategy.
Performance & Reporting
- Analyze and present data-driven insights on MSB marketing initiatives, ensuring activities drive MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline growth.
- Work closely with internal Marketing Funding Coordinators to ensure timely and accurate submission of claims, Proof of Performance (POP), and funding requests.
- Provide regular reporting on MSB marketing impact, funding utilization, and return on investment.
Relationship & Brand Advocacy
- Build irreplaceable relationships with Microsoft’s MSB stakeholders, becoming the go-to marketing resource for all MSB-related initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Microsoft Partner Account Managers, MSB product teams, and field sales teams to drive joint marketing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to elevate Compugen’s MSB presence within Microsoft’s partner ecosystem through joint events, campaigns, and thought leadership.
- Stay informed on Microsoft’s evolving MSB programs, funding structures, and go-to-market strategies, ensuring Compugen remains at the forefront of opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the IT industry
- Deep understanding of Microsoft funding programs, co-marketing initiatives, and partner engagement strategies.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
- Strong project management skills, with experience using tools like Asana.
- Experience with HubSpot, digital marketing, demand generation, and B2B technology marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence Microsoft stakeholders and Compugen leadership.
- A proactive problem-solver with a keen ability to navigate Microsoft’s complex partner ecosystem and funding programs.
- Previous experience in partner marketing within the Microsoft ecosystem is a strong asset
