Are you passionate about delivering effective commercial plans? Join our dynamic Customer Business Team as a Customer Marketing Manager! You'll collaborate closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Professional Affairs Managers (PAMs) to develop and implement strategies that drive success.
As a Nordic Customer Marketing Manager, you’ll independently create and implement customer marketing strategies, as well as develop joint business plans together with the Customer Business Teams (CBT’s). You’ll analyse customer and consumer insights to key accounts to drive performance and metrics to evaluate results of campaigns and activities. Identify, recommend, and facilitate implementation of growth opportunities, all whilst communicating initiatives, insights as well as overall plans at HQ level.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a champion for utilizing category management strategies to drive growth.
- Serve as the key interface with sales organization, customer services and other business units to ensure marketing strategies and initiatives are well communicated and executed and that all necessary support is available to ensure optimum execution.
- Budget responsibility for customer marketing activities.
- Ensure that communications on CooperVision products are in line with branded guidelines with support from CV Nordic Product Manager.
- Together with the Key Account Manager, develop joint business plans in line with CooperVision’s overall strategies and tactics.
- Manage the process for paying supplier invoices, including raising the POs, authorization and trafficking of customer invoices.
- To lead various marketing projects and initiatives to secure continuous growth of the contact lens category.
- Other duties as required.
About you:
We are looking for an experienced B2B marketing professional who has excellent relationship-building and influencing skills within a large organisation.
We’re looking for someone who can analyse and interpret data to enable business decisions, whilst being able to utilise their project management skills to execute marketing activities.
Adaptability, strong communication, and being a team player are all attributes that will contribute to the success of this candidate.
In addition, you’ll:
- Be comfortable with change as the company grows, there will be a need to adapt business strategies.
- Have strong influencing skills and ability to motivate others to overcome barriers.
- Be experienced in interpreting data, driving value adding insights and concise communication of output.
- Be able to manage budgets effectively.
- Have strong presentation skills.
- Have the ability to manage multi-functional contacts to meet tight deadlines.
- Be fluent in English verbally and in writing.
