Conduct online courses adhering to established guidelines and technologies.
Provide detailed feedback on assignments and offer additional assistance to students struggling with course content.
Ensure a minimum 70% student success rate across all classes taught within the program.
Maintain accurate student grades following policy guidelines, and prepare/report final grades at the end of each sequence to update student records and transcripts.
Actively contribute to retention efforts by contacting disengaged students via phone, email, or text, and document outreach efforts in the faculty portal.
Direct students with inquiries about financial aid, transcripts, or other matters to the appropriate personnel.
Participate in required professional development and in-service activities.
Monitor student progress and collaborate with Program Directors or Student Services Coordinators to address academic concerns.
Stay informed about professional trends and advancements in educational technology.

Minimum Qualifications
Doctoral degree preferred.
OR Master's degree, professional degree (e.g., JD, MD).
At least 18 semester credit hours (or equivalent) in the subject area.
Current license, certification, or credentials as required by local/state/federal regulations for the field, except for non-core courses.
Online teaching experience required
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, video-conferencing tools, and other relevant applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Hiring range: $30-32 per hour.
