The salary range for this position is $85,000-$100,000.  We also offer a comprehensive benefits package of medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, 401k with company match, employee purchase program (where licensed) and paid time off. If you are hired at Winebow, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education and/or experience.  In addition to those factors, we consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. 

This is a remote position, but we prefer candidates located in the Pacific Time Zone for better alignment with team’s working hours. Limited travel and may require extended hours, including evenings or weekends.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  1. Gathering detailed information about reported incidents and troubleshooting to a resolution or to the point the issue needs to be escalated to the proper resource.
  2. Assists in the new development and bug resolution testing.
  3. Assists with User Setup and permissions.
  4. Creates and manages escalation procedures and ensures service levels are maintained.
  5. Documents, tracks and monitors problems to ensure resolution in a timely manner.
  6. Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommends solutions.
  7. Provides training and/or training materials for end users on newly developed functions.
  8. Responsible for quality assurance/testing of new development in ERP and other applications.
  9. Provides advanced troubleshooting and support for local and off-site users.
  10. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
  11. Meets agreed upon goals and objectives effectively and in a timely manner.
  12. Arrives to work, meetings, appointments and other work-related functions on time and as assigned.

 OTHER FUNCTIONS

  1. Follows all safety policies and procedures; communications hazards and/or suggests improvements to manager.
  2. Performs any other duties as may be deemed appropriate.

WORKING CONDITIONS

EQUIPMENT/MACHINERY USED

Office equipment including telephone, copier, computer, calculator, and printer, tools.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Sitting, standing, walking, occasional lifting greater than 30lbs, repetitive motion with hands, bending, reaching, finger dexterity and visual acuity.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, or relevant work experience
  2. 1 plus years’ experience supporting ERP Applications or Help Desk experience.
  3. Preferably experience working with MS Business Central
  4. Preferably Print Management Applications experience.
  5. Experience working with Workflow and Document Management Applications as well as Business Intelligence Applications.
  6. Knowledge working with MS Office Products
  7. Effective oral and written communication skills with proven ability to communicate across multiple teams and departments.
