Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to drive their educational institution outreach initiatives. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in connecting their groundbreaking AI interview preparation platform with universities and colleges across the United States. Responsibilities:
Research and identify key decision-makers within universities and colleges
Build and maintain comprehensive contact databases using Google Workspace
Craft compelling, personalized email campaigns targeted at educational institutions
Execute strategic outreach to potential university partners via email
Monitor campaign performance and manage response tracking
Source and validate contact information through professional online channels
Forward qualified leads and responses to the appropriate team members
Maintain detailed records of all outreach activities and outcomes
Contribute to the refinement of outreach strategies based on campaign performance
Exceptional written communication skills with native-level English proficiency
Demonstrated experience in email marketing or outreach campaigns
Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and related productivity tools
Excellent research and data organization skills
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Professional communication style and business etiquette
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home office setup
Ability to align with Chicago business hours
Experience with educational institutions or B2B outreach (preferred)
