Job description

This is a remote position.

Full Time - 9am to 6pm M-F Sydney time (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila Time)

The Role:

We are on a quest to eradicate e-waste and are looking for passionate individuals to join us in revolutionizing resource regeneration on a global scale.

You will be a critical linchpin in our sales pipeline and e-waste collection services. This role reports to the Customer Service and Sales Support Manager and involves close collaboration with our Sales and Operations teams to unlock Australia's e-waste potential.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Establish and maintain clear lines of communication, both internally and externally
  • Support the sales team with CRM management and record upkeep
  • Triage and action inbound enquiries via phone and email
  • Proactively engage with customers and industry partners to support the sales pipeline
  • Manage multiple bookings and schedule transport for daily collection services
  • Collaborate with our Operations and Sales teams to meet customer collection requirements and expectations
  • Manage ERP data entry for all incoming deliveries and processing of orders
  • Perform other duties as directed



Requirements

  • Committed to creating a positive customer experience and building long-lasting relationships
  • Driven to take a personalized approach in every customer interaction
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience in managing CRM systems is highly regarded
  • Strong organization skills and ability to follow-up with stakeholders to manage workflows
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in reporting and data management
