Responsibilities

•  Architect and implement results-driven paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms, with a focus on Google Ads and Meta ads
  
• Develop engaging ad campaigns that resonate with potential insurance clients, balancing creativity with conversion-focused messaging
  
• Conduct thorough keyword research and selection to ensure optimal visibility and relevance in search engine results
  
• Continuously monitor campaign performance, leveraging data analytics to make informed optimizations and maximize ROI
  
• Manage advertising budgets with precision, allocating resources effectively across different campaigns and platforms
  
• Collaborate closely with the social media team to ensure a cohesive message across all digital touchpoints
  
• Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance, translating complex metrics into actionable insights for stakeholders
  
• Stay ahead of the curve on digital advertising trends, emerging platforms, and industry-specific opportunities to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing successful paid advertising campaigns, particularly in Google Ads and Meta ads platforms
  
• Strong understanding of PPC, display advertising, and retarget strategies, with a track record of driving measurable results
  
• Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is highly valued, but not mandatory for candidates with transferable skills
  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into strategic decisions
  
• Proficiency in advertising tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Business Manager
  
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  
• Creative problem-solving abilities, with a knack for finding innovative solutions to advertising challenges
  
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills, able to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities effectively
  
• Passion for staying updated on the latest digital advertising trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
  
• Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital advertising programs are a plus
