Job Description – B2C Appointment Setter (Lead Generation Focus)
At this stage of the business, lead generation is the #1 priority. The right candidate will be excited about finding and engaging with potential clients organically through Instagram. If you thrive in this role and are interested in eventually taking on more responsibility—such as closing sales—we’re very open to that as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential clients through Instagram by engaging with users who interact with fitness-related content
Like posts, view and respond to stories, and interact in meaningful ways to encourage profile visits and build rapport
Schedule consultations by initiating authentic conversations with interested leads
Nurture leads over time to build relationships and increase likelihood of conversion
Maintain accurate records of outreach and interactions in CRM tools
Track and report lead generation metrics to evaluate effectiveness
Collaborate with the head coach to improve outreach strategies based on results and feedback
What This Role Is NOT:
This is not a content creation or social media manager role
This is not about engaging with followers who already follow the account
This is not about closing sales (unless that becomes an agreed-upon future responsibility)
Requirements
Proven experience in B2C appointment setting or lead generation
Demonstrated success in generating leads organically via social platforms, especially Instagram
Strong written communication and online rapport-building skills
Self-motivated and proactive with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and managing outreach processes
Basic CRM familiarity is a plus
Passion or interest in health and wellness is a bonus
