Position Available : Property & Client Support Specialist 
Location: Remote (Sri Lanka-based)
Working Hours: Full-time, 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM IST (Colombo Time)

Are you highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy managing tasks independently?

We are looking for a Property & Client Support Specialist to assist a Buyer's Agency in Australia with client onboarding, property research, administrative support, and marketing tasks. No prior real estate experience is required—just a strong ability to manage work efficiently and take initiative. 

Your Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Onboarding & Administrative Support: Assist with drafting agreements, sending invoices, tracking contract signatures, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately. Maintain and update client records, ensuring seamless onboarding and follow-ups. 
  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Property Tracking & Market Research: Monitor and update properties, ensuring property availability, status changes, and transaction details are accurately recorded. Conduct property research (training provided) to gather and update relevant market data. 
  • ​​​​​​​Email & Communication Management: Manage email correspondence, responding to client inquiries, following up on pending tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders. 
  • ​​​​​​​Marketing & Website Management: Assist in creating and updating marketing materials. Maintain and update the website and Manage leads coming through the website and social media platforms.
  • Workflow & Task Management: Organise and update the CRM ensuring tasks, workflows, and project timelines are structured and up to date. Take initiative to lead and manage tasks independently, ensuring deadlines are met and operations run smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Highly organised & detail-oriented – You ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Proactive & self-motivated – You take initiative and lead tasks without constant supervision.
  • Excellent communicator – Strong written and verbal English skills.
  • Tech-savvy – Comfortable using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) and CRMs. Experience with Monday.com, Canva, WordPress, and social media platforms is a plus.
  • Quick learner & adaptable – Open to training and learning new processes quickly.

Real estate experience is a bonus but NOT required. We value problem-solving, efficiency, and leadership skills over industry-specific experience.
