Position Summary
We’re seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to take a leading role in designing, developing, and maintaining infrastructure automation and internal tooling that supports our rapidly growing teams. In this role, you’ll build automation frameworks, design scalable deployment pipelines, and work across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments—partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and consistent infrastructure solutions. What You'll DoDesign, build, and maintain infrastructure automation tools using Go and PythonDevelop and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and Ansible across multi-account AWS environments, as well as supporting Azure and GCPArchitect and implement CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI and GitHub Actions to streamline secure and scalable cloud deploymentsCollaborate with professional services, operations, and other automation engineers to identify opportunities for platform improvements and deliver impactful solutionsAct as a technical mentor within the automation team, supporting the development of junior engineers and promoting best practicesContribute to the evolution of our internal platform infrastructure and tooling frameworksSupport cloud automation initiatives related to security, compliance, provisioning, and orchestrationParticipate in Kanban workflows and agile practices to prioritize work, provide visibility, and drive continuous improvementMaintain comprehensive documentation of code, systems, and deployment processesWhat You'll Bring6+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure automation, or platform engineering rolesDemonstrable experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation tooling in multi-account cloud environmentsProven track record of designing and implementing CI/CD systems and automated deployment pipelinesAdvanced proficiency in Go and Python for backend development and automation toolingStrong experience with Terraform and Ansible in large-scale, multi-cloud environmentsDeep understanding of AWS, with practical experience supporting Azure and GCPProven ability to build and manage robust CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)Solid knowledge of DevOps best practices, including infrastructure provisioning, secrets management, and automation patternsExperience working in agile environments using Kanban or similar methodologiesStrong communication skills and a collaborative, mentorship-oriented mindsetBonus PointsExperience working in a cybersecurity or compliance-focused engineering environmentBackground supporting internal engineering platforms and developer enablementExposure to additional scripting languages or frameworks supporting automation tasks.Experience working on internal tools and general engineering support in a professional services or technical operations setting.AWS Solutions Architect or AWS Security certificationsWhy You’ll Want to Join Us
