Min 2.5 years Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant role Basic working knowledge of QuickBooks Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools Experience using Housecall Pro or similar field service management tools is a plus

Core responsibilities:

Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner Track and log hours using Housecall Pro or similar scheduling platforms Assist with invoicing and expense tracking using QuickBooks (basic knowledge required) Create and schedule social media posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Maintain calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and send reminders Support general administrative duties such as email management, document preparation, and data entry Organize digital files and maintain online databases Assist with internal communications and follow-up on tasks and project timelines Help coordinate marketing efforts and customer communication when needed Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
