Key Responsibilities
In this position you will design and implement enterprise-wide testing strategies, frameworks, and methodologies, develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate functionality, usability, and technical alignment. you will identify, document, and resolve defects through collaboration with cross-functional development teams, leverage advanced test automation, debugging, and risk management practices to enhance software quality, continuously refine testing processes to mitigate deployment risks and improve user experience, and maintain and optimize existing software test suites to ensure long-term performance. This is an opportunity to develop an Enterprise wide approach to Software QA for the right person.

What We're Looking For:

Education and Experience Needed:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or closely related field
Minimum of four (4) years of experience in test automation, debugging, and software testing
The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical skills, including, as well as soft skills like attention to detail and effective communication
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

Skills Needed:

Test Automation: Proficiency in developing and maintaining automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage
Debugging: Strong debugging skills to identify and resolve defects in software applications
Testing Methodologies: Strong knowledge of various testing methodologies, including functional testing, performance testing, and security testing
Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure thorough testing and accurate documentation of defects
Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively report findings and collaborate with development teams
Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to evaluate and verify that software applications meet specified requirements and function correctly
Collaboration: Ability to work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
