Calabrio is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will help the company advance to the next level by specialization in the collection, analysis and reporting of sales data in an ongoing effort to increase productivity and grow revenue as well as territory and quota planning for expansion.

What you'll be doing:

  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Own the creation and distribution of daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports and dashboards
    • Analyze sales metrics and KPIs (e.g., attainment, pipeline coverage, activity levels) to identify trends and provide insights
    • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across CRM and reporting platforms.
  • Quota Planning & Headcount Planning
    • Support annual quota planning processes in collaboration with sales leadership and FP&A
    • Analyze historical performance and market data to inform quota allocation across teams, regions, and individual reps
    • Partner with Finance, HR, and Sales Leadership to manage headcount forecasting and tracking
    • Monitor hiring progress and align it with sales strategy and organizational goals
    • Provide visibility into current and projected team structures and capacity planning
  • Stakeholder Support
    • Act as a key partner to sales managers, providing insights to help drive performance and support decision-making.
    • Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from Sales, Finance, and Executive teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelors' degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or another related field, or relevant equivalent working experience
  • 5+ years experience working in Analytics and/or Sales Operations, at least 2+ within a SaaS organization
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong proficiency in Salesforce, and other sales and/or marketing platforms
  • Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software

  • We offer market competitive pay and benefits based upon the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications. Starting rate of pay for this salaried position is targeted at $110,000 annually.
