Location & Remote Work

Our people team works on a "remote-first" model, which means we are working from home with the possibility of living anywhere in Brazil. We also have the option of using our offices in São Paulo or using our partners' coworking spaces, both up to twice a week.

About the Role
We are looking for a People Performance Specialist to lead our Goals Management Program, leveraging the OKR methodology. In this role, you'll play a critical part in transforming and strengthening our approach to goal setting, ensuring individual and team goals are fully aligned with business objectives.

You'll collaborate closely with senior leaders, guiding strategic discussions and making proposals that shape how our company defines success. This position is central to driving alignment, clarity, and impact across the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Redesign and manage our OKR-based goal management framework, ensuring alignment between individual, team, and company objectives.
  • Develop and facilitate strategic conversations with senior leadership to align and validate OKRs, ensuring strategic coherence.
  • Create analytical reports and dashboards to track goal progress, providing insights to leadership to enhance decision-making and strategy alignment.
  • Assess and continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of OKRs, ensuring ambitious yet attainable goal-setting practices.
  • Influence stakeholders through effective communication, guiding leaders to set clear, measurable, and strategically aligned goals.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in goal management across all organizational levels.

Requirements

    • Proven experience managing goal-setting processes, especially with the OKR methodology.
    • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, enabling robust data-driven decision-making.
    • Demonstrated ability to identify, articulate, and solve complex business problems leveraging strategic insights.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at various organizational levels.
    • Strategic thinking, business acumen, and a structured approach to problem-solving are essential.
    • Ability to comfortably read, produce, and present complex materials in English.
