Ben and David have been working together for nearly a decade to find accessible solutions to bring the benefits of digestive health to as many consumers as possible. OLIPOP is a deliciously refreshing tonic that is crafted with prebiotics, botanicals, and natural plant fiber to support your microbiome and benefit digestive health. We're on a mission to provide an affordable, delicious alternative to soda that delivers leading-edge health benefits to mainstream consumers.

The Target Sales Planning Manager at Olipop will increase sales efficiency through strategic insights work collaboratively with field sales teams, revenue growth management, and demand teams to deliver consistent and aligned sales strategies. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to forecast demand, experience managing/tracking promotional efforts and excellent cross-functional leadership skills. A passion for (and experience with) Target combined with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships will be critical for success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Forecasting:
Develop and manage accurate sales, production, and operational targets based on historical data, market trends, and business forecasts.
Promotional Planning:
Maintaining accurate promotional planning and spending information across our planning tools. Ensure contracts/submissions are up to date and tracked effectively. Support with post Promotional Analysis to ensure the strongest ROI on trade strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply and other departments to ensure alignment on targets, timelines, strategies and resource allocation.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations on performance.
Retail Execution:
Effectively communicate strategies and priorities to field teams, 3rd party merchandising partners, and broker partners to optimize sales at Target.
Customer Support functions:
Provide necessary customer support functions, along with broker team, to ensure optimal sales and revenue to be realized.
QUALIFICATIONS
REPORTS TO: Vice President of Sales, Target & Grocery
COMPENSATION: $125,000 - $135,000 base salary plus bonus
