TITLE: Intern Global Quality Documentation SA

GRADE:

REPORTS TO: Quality Documentation Lead LATAM

LOCATION: Guadalajara, Mexico

The Intern Global Quality Documentation oversees the support of the Ingredion website and, to do so, must create documents and look for product information.

As an Intern Global Quality Documentation, your responsibilities will include:

  • Working collaboratively with technical, manufacturing, quality, and customer support groups to complete/develop product standard documentation.
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and manufacturing sites.
  • Collaborating with other members of the Quality team to maintain, update the website.
  • Organizing and maintaining all quality documentation and standard letters.

 Qualified candidates will have:

  • Student in Chemistry, Food Science, or in related engineering/science field; or commensurate experience in quality, operations, or regulatory areas.
  • Confirmed ability to work well independently with minimal supervision; actively seeks mentorship when needed to maintain progress on assignments.
  • Excellent time management skills: ability to handle multiple requests/assignments at a time and complete assigned requests accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, graphics, and data base software.
  • Excellent verbal and written social skills.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
  • Bilingual (English- Spanish- Portuguese (desirable))
