About the Team

Zoom Gateway DevOps team's responsibilities include but are not limited to Zoom AI Companion, Zoom LiveTranslation and LiveTranscription, Zoom Advanced Whiteboard

What we’re looking for

• Have Bachelor's in Computer Science or similar domain with 2 years of experience

• Possess experience in Terraform or other IaC tools

• Have solid scripting experience in Python

• Have production experience developing large scale Ansible automation

• Possess an expert level production experience with Kubernetes in multi-cloud and on-prem

• Possess developing production code pipeline with Jenkins, Git, and ArgoCD

• Have experience with ELK stack, prometheus, open telemetry or other monitoring platform

• Have excellent problem-solving skills in isolation, triage, and correlation, with ownership

Responsibilities:

• Identify key areas for CI/CD improvement and develop solutions

• Develop strong automation to speed up the software development cycle

• Monitor service maturity metrics and collaborate with developers to improve them

• Build effective monitoring and alerting systems for infrastructure and services

• Implement a highly scalable and secured infrastructure with infra engineering teams

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
