Position Title: US Recruiter
Work Set-up: Work From Home
Schedule: 10:00 PM – 07:00 AM
Salary: Php 45,000 - Php 50,000

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A US RECRUITER

Your Responsibilities as a US Recruiter would be:
• Collaborate with the Talent Director and recruiters to understand hiring needs and create sourcing strategies.
• Utilize social media, job boards, networking, and career fairs to identify potential candidates.
• Engage with passive candidates and discuss potential opportunities.
• Maintain an updated pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Stay current with industry trends to attract top talent.
• Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and industry insights.
• Interact with candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
• Craft and send recruiting emails.
• Coordinate with the Talent Director on position requirements.
• Identify qualified candidates using various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search).
• Manage candidate interview schedules.
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Promote our employer brand online and offline.
• Maintain candidate databases (e.g., via our Applicant Tracking System).

Qualifications as a US Recruiter:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or similar is strongly preferred.
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc).
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.).
• Ability to organize skills assessment centers (tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc.).
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
• Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and strong decision-making skills.
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Punctuality and readiness for work
• Compliance with all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment outlined in the Employee Handbook
• Strict prohibition against working under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs
• Zero tolerance for any form of violence, discrimination, or harassment
