Schedule:
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare month-end financial packages for both project and corporate accounting
Manage and update project budgets, including tracking all revisions in Job Cost
Support Accounts Payable and Loan Draw processes
Maintain compliance worksheets for partnership, loan, and management agreements
Ensure timely submission of all tax payments (state, federal, and property)
Deliver accurate financial insights to support decision-making and project control
Identify and implement process improvements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Finance or Economics also acceptable)
CPA preferred
5+ years of experience in real estate accounting, ideally within homebuilding
Familiarity with accounting for multiple investors and lenders
Strong knowledge in General Ledger, Job Costing, and Payables
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills
