The Financial Analyst II/Senior Financial Analyst I will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial and operating reports and preparing forecasts and analysis to identify trends and issues. This role will interact with key stakeholders to present timely and accurate reports and dashboards and work to streamline procedures, improve efficiencies and resolve issues. This role is within the Corporate FP&A org within the office of the CFO and spans both G&A business partner support as well as corporate finance activities.

What You'll DoDevelop, maintain, and enhance current reporting financial metrics for both internal and board of directors reporting for the entire company’s 3 financial statements.Create, maintain, and automate team-wide financial reporting of P&L views during Forecast, Flux, Outlook, and create automated business-partner level reporting for budgeting.Coordinate & drive finance-wide forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis on a department level.Partner closely with business leaders in the company to drive operational excellence, finance insights, forecasting accuracy & organizational accountability.Develop dashboard automation of financial processes with business partners.Participate in the preparation of monthly forecasts, annual budgets, cost trackers, and long-range plans.Refine existing forecasting processes and models to drive accurate forecasting. Develop analytics and ad hoc reporting that provides important insights to the efficiency of spendHelp drive scalable systems that integrate with other financial systems, using data to deliver a level of details that helps the businessUtilize data for annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and quarter end closeProvide reports for business partners to enable them to manage their budgets and headcount effectively and in accordance with annual planSupport the management team and department heads with ad hoc analysis, reporting, and special projects as needed.Any other tasks that may be assigned to help the company meet its goalsWhat You'll BringBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field3+ years of Finance and Accounting experience, including managing operating expensesStrong accuracy and attention to detail in fast-paced, multitasking environmentsProven ability to meet tight deadlines with excellent organizational skillsStrong cross-functional collaboration across all levels of managementAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; confident presenting to leadershipExposure to AI tools and automation solutions to streamline financial reporting and analysisSupported AI-driven initiatives by helping structure data, test tools, and interpret resultsUsed tools like ChatGPT or Excel AI to enhance productivity and speed up routine tasks3+ years of experience with ERP & Financial Planning systems (e.g., NetSuite, Anaplan, Adaptive, Pigment)Experience using an ERP planning tool to streamline budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, enhancing data accuracyExcellent interpersonal skills for consolidating and coordinating inputs across functionsNaturally curious, with a collaborative approach to problem-solvingNice to haves:Experience within the SaaS/Software industry preferred#LI-LB1
