Title: Manager, HR People Analytics
Location: Remote
Duration: 05 months with possible extension or conversion


Job Description:
• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, HR People Analytics, to join our team on a contract basis.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR analytics, with deep expertise in Workday, Power BI, and data management/analysis.
• This role will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making and providing valuable insights to our HR team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the HR People Analytics function, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
• Utilize Workday to manage and analyze HR data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key HR metrics.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
• Provide training and support to HR team members on data analytics tools and techniques.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in HR analytics, with a strong focus on Workday and Power BI.
• Expertise in data management, analysis, and visualization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
