Job description

Client company introduction:

US Based Supermarket Giant is Expanding its team in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate the onboarding process for all new items into the ERP system (e.g., NCR Counterpoint), ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Partner with Category Managers, Sales Teams, Suppliers, and Distribution Centers to gather and verify item setup information, including UPCs, descriptions, pricing, case pack, weights, and dimensions.

Maintained and updated master data records for new and existing SKUs.

Troubleshoot data discrepancies and resolve item setup issues in a timely manner.

Serve as a point of contact for vendors during the item setup process, ensuring all onboarding documentation and requirements are met.

Support seasonal or category resets by managing item transitions and item lifecycle updates (e.g., discontinued SKUs).

Conduct regular audits of item files to ensure ongoing data integrity.

Qualifications :


Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2+ years of experience in item setup, merchandising support, supply chain, or related role preferably in wholesale distribution or consumer goods.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP and data management systems (e.g., Oracle, NCR Counterpoint, SQL)

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Collaborative mindset with a customer service orientation.
