Rivia Mind is a tele-behavioral Mental Health and Well-being Practice based in NYC, with services across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida. We are an interdisciplinary group of psychiatry and psychology providers, supportive operational staff and contributors who focus on delivering accessible, reliable, and quality evidence-based holistic treatment. We primarily see adult patients and deliver diverse services, including psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and specialty offerings. We have a dynamic team to address people’s needs beyond just medication management. Job Summary
The Nurse Practitioner provides clinical Psychotherapy and Psychopharmacology services to patients through a primarily tele-health environment. Our practice leverages clinical experience and a diverse knowledge base to provide quality care and reliable service. This individual will utilize their expertise in Psychotherapy modalities and collaborate within a dynamic interdisciplinary team to foster continued learning and growth. Compensation & Employment Details
Pay Range: $110,000 - $150,000
Pay Type: Salary
Department: Nurse Practitioners
Supervisor: Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioner Supervisors
Supervisees: None
Employment Status: Full Time (40 hours a week)
Exemption Status: Exempt W-2
Work Environment: Remote (Hybrid option available in NYC)
Work Schedule
We collaborate with each provider to determine a mutually beneficial and sustainable schedule. Our focus is to develop a supportive schedule that meets both the needs of our patients and the providers' preferences.
Your schedule will be determined with you before starting the role.
We appreciate the dedication and care our providers bring to their work and the patients they serve. Occasional flexibility may be needed to accommodate patient needs or support the growth of your caseload—such as scheduling initial consultations, managing urgent concerns, coordinating care with the broader team, and completing other responsibilities.
