Job description

Overview:

The Executive Support role is responsible for providing top-tier technical support to Guardian Executive Leadership. This position requires exceptional communication skills and a white-glove service approach to interact with C-suite Executives. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise to quickly identify and resolve technical issues, recommend solutions to enhance productivity, and meet executive-level needs. A high degree of follow-up and dedication is essential to ensure all reported issues are resolved efficiently and communicated effectively. This role also involves traveling to various Guardian locations or offsite facilities to provide technical support at executive events such as Townhalls and Board of Directors meetings.

  • Able to identify problem trends and opportunities for improvement (process, technology) to enhance customer experience.
You Will:
  • Provide exceptional technical support to C-Suite leaders, their Executive Administrative staff, and Executives.
  • Document all troubleshooting steps and resolutions thoroughly to ensure consistent support.
  • Understand business lines to identify technology opportunities and propose proactive recommendations.
  • Take ownership of technical escalation issues, provide a high level of responsiveness, and ensure timely resolution during business hours and at
  • times, on-call.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and collaborate on finding solutions promptly.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT systems, applications, and best practices.
  • Establish key business relationships within office locations to ensure fundamental knowledge of business processes.

You Have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of technical experience supporting end-users in a corporate setting.
Location & Travel:
  • NYC, Holmdel, NJ, Bethlehem, PA. Traveling is required for this role.

Salary Range:

$80,940.00 - $132,975.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
