We're looking for a dynamic individual to lead our presence at industry events, develop global best practices, and contribute to key internal events like our Sales Kick-Off and Kyriba Live. Key Tasks:

Support all aspects of major trade show presence, including physical booth build (layout, structure, branding, electrical, internet, AV, etc)
Plan and execute strategic and/or partner events, including creation of an integrated marketing plan to meet or exceed the agreed marketing contribution to pipeline goals for events (includes event promotion and follow up coordination)
Prepare Kyriba presence and ensure staff is adequately prepared
Coordinate on-site operations and lead on-site event teams by positive example to engage event attendees and maximize interaction
Manage budget, contractors and vendors in relation to events
Prepare reports and analysis of event results
Develop and support adoption of best practices for pre-event promotion, excellence in on-site delivery and post-event follow up, including social media and direct customer outreach programs
Be a contributing member of major internal event teams and manage specific aspects of these events

What we're looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar
B2B marketing experience, with 3+ years in event marketing for a high-technology company
Proven track record in driving leads for sales from local and strategic events
Understanding of event marketing strategy and execution
Understanding of event marketing context and relation to overall marketing mix
Track record in working effectively with cross-functional and international teams, including the sales organization, operations, and finance is preferred.
Strong planning and organizational skills, and detail oriented
Able to travel 15-25%
